Alaska 2003

I don't have many pictures to share this year, but wanted to show you the ones I did take anyway. Also, I check the State Fisheries website each year to find out where the runs are. Boat trip down the Deshka River. We had actually launched on the Big Sue River.

We got to our "secret" hole on the Deshka late morning, however, a couple of hours later some other fishermen appeared. We watched them as we fished and wondered just what they were doing. Of course I had to make friends and found out that they were with ESPN filming a "fishing adventure" in Alaska. I told Don and Daryl "I thought you said this was a secret hole." They replied saying "ESPN must have found out the secret!"
